What is physiotherapy, and how can it benefit me?Physiotherapy, also known as physical therapy, is a healthcare profession focused on optimising physical function and mobility. It can benefit individuals of all ages and abilities by helping to manage pain, recover from injuries, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being.

I am not a performer / athletes ; can you help me as well?Yes, definitely! We are here to help individuals from all walks of life, not just circus artists and cheerleaders. Whether you're an athlete, a performing artist, or an everyday person simply seeking physiotherapy for general health and well-being, can help you recover from injuries, mange pain, improve performance, and reduce the risk of future injuries.

Is physiotherapy covered by insurance? Many health insurance plans cover physiotherapy, but the extent of coverage varies. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm you can come for physiotherapy and whether you need a GP or consultant referral letter. Please bring your insurance details, including membership numbers and authorisation code with you to your first appointment, otherwise we will need to take payment from you at the time of the appointment and you may not be reimbursed by your insurer.
