Questions
Do I need a diagnosis first?
No. We treat you with or without a diagnosis, or if you only suspect hEDS or HSD. We don’t diagnose, but we can signpost you to get a diagnosis too.
Why 90 minutes?
Hypermobility affects the whole body. We take time to hear your full story and pace the session around you, with breaks whenever you need them.
Where are you?
GymNation, 26 Druid Street, SE1 2EY. A few minutes from London Bridge station, up a narrow staircase with a handrail, so tell us if you’d like help. Online sessions are available too.
